Official schedule details will be shared closer to the event weekend once IMSA and BMW team operations are finalized.

Typical Weekend Flow:

  • Saturday, January 24: Member check-in and corral access open in the morning, followed by pre-race garage tours. The Rolex 24 begins in the afternoon and runs overnight.
  • Sunday, January 25: Breakfast served in the hospitality suite; the race concludes that afternoon.

A full itinerary and garage tour schedule will be emailed to all registered attendees ahead of the event.
